We keep our prices low and our units full. However, we don’t market the empty units, we wait for enquiries via the website.
We also keep a waiting list for those customers with a non urgent requirement for storage.

We understand it is difficult to visualise the dimensions of our units and we therefore welcome visitors to our facility to see for themselves and talk things through with our owners

Complete the paperwork and leave a deposit
We ask for 4 weeks rent as a deposit to secure a unit. You are then free to move your belongings into a unit within the next 4 weeks. The deposit is returned in full when you move out, assuming the room is left in the same state as you found it.
Move in and pay first 4 weeks rent

We ask for the rental payments in advance. We collect the first 4 weeks rent on the date your occupancy starts.
Please note we do not accept credit cards.
From week 5 onwards, we require payment by direct debit, we will therefore request your authority to collect payments direct form your bank.
